So you want to Book a Tour?

• Let me help you! I have a few questions so I can put things together for you.

• How many people?

• Where will you be staying?

• The Mooresville Hotels will give you a discount if you tell them you are with me.

• Mooresville is a lake community, Jr and Kasey Kane, etc and tons of the drivers live here. We bump into them in restaurants and race shops on a regular basis.

• I pick up at 8:15 am and the tour goes to about 3-4ish.

• Mon Tues Wed are the best to see the drivers.

• Call me and I will help you pick a date. If the race teams are on the west coast that will change the best days to tour.

• My daily tour is a set tour but as I see who is on it I will tweak it for you.

• Folding wheel chairs are accepted with notice.

• Military discounts available.

Your choice of :

• *North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame hours of Operation -10:00am 3:00pm takes about 1 hours to tour

• *NASCAR Hall of Fame Opening in May 2010 / takes about 3 hours to tour

• *Charlotte Motor Speedway track tour when available / Stock car and Dragster ride alongs when available

• *Michael Waltrip Racing takes 2 hours awesome view of whole shop but no crew members expected to be working on Saturday hours 9AM to 4PM

How to make your Race Shop Tour Reservation

• *First fill out a Book a Tour Form.

• Choose 2 dates that work for you.

• If the date you choose is not available you will be asked to choose another.

• If your date requested is within the next 10 days, please call instead of emailing.

• If you book a tour, enter information, print a copy and mail it with your check or you may call us to book with a credit card.

Note: The reason for this is to have a safety net, for your info even if computer is having a
bad day I can still have your numbers to reach you.

Tours are $88 dollars and are priced by seat not age of person. Child rates not available during May & Oct Charlotte Races.

NOTE: This rate does not include Northern Tour museum fees.

If your check is not received within two weeks after your tour is requested then those
seats may become available again.

If you decide not to keep your date, please contact us and let us know you will not be coming.

If you need a large seating space please let me know so I can help you and others on the
tour to be comfortable.

Due to the race shops hours of operation,

Tours are Monday – Friday, run about 7 hours long and cost $88.00* per person.

Kids 10 and under are half price (except for race weeks). NOTE: This rate does not include museum fees.

Tours begin at 8:00-8:30am depending where you are picked up and go till 3:30-4:00 pm depending where you are picked up. (tour times may vary with traffic)

Pickup information

Race Shop Tours will pick you up at your Hotel if you are staying
at Exit 36 off of I-77 Mooresville NC 1st pick up
or Exit 49 off of I-85 Concord NC 2nd pick up

During Race Weeks at Lowe’s Motor Speedway the pickup location is I-85 and Concord Mills Blvd. at Concord Mills Mall entrance #5 behind the Bass Pro Shop.

Other Pickup areas can be arranged. Please call to arrange.

Group Rates Available for 25 or more guest.

Pickup time will depend on which pickup location you choose

If your tour is in May or October during a race week at Charlotte, please see Race week information on the website. PLEASE BE ON TIME AND HAVE EXTRA FILM AND BATTERIES.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT MAIL TICKETS OUT
Please call and check in when you arrive or at least the day before your tour.

**REFUND POLICY**

No cash refunds will be made. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your tour.
